Creation and Glory (Psalm 104 | John 20:22)

Creation’s purpose is to reveal its Creator so that you might learn to glorify him and seek your life in him.

  • Creation and Providence (vv. 2-28)

  • The Purpose of Creation (Psalm 19:1; Romans 1:18-20)

  • The Seventh Day (vv. 1, 29-35; John 20:22)

Discussion Starters

Monday—What do you love most about creation? How does it affect you? What does it drive you to do? What is it meant to drive you to do?

Tuesday—What is providence? What are you meant to learn about God in through his providence? When was the last time you marveled at his order in creation and preservation of all that he has created?

Wednesday—How does the worship of nature silence creation’s voice? Do you ever find yourself tempted to worship the creation instead of the Creator?

Thursday—How does the original creation week point to the end of time? How does our weekly worship help us remember the beginning and the end and respond in praise?

Friday—What are gifts intended to communicate? What has your heavenly Father sought to communicate to you through his gift of creation?
